We are a fee for service clinic, and do not accept or bill ANY insurance companies.  Our rates are as follows:

​

• Physical Therapy:

  • 30 minutes $75,

  • 60 minutes $140,

  • 90 minutes $195

• Custom Sole Support Orthotics: $595 all inclusive

• Advanced BioStructural Correction (ABC™): Initial visit $125, follow up visits $55, Endonasal Cranial Correction $50 per insertion.  Discounted packages available.
